When you use your credit card to purchase food, beverages, or merchandise at the Frosty Bar, merchant services holds and additional 20% on the credit card for gratuity. Please allow 2-3 business days for the transaction to clear the bank. If your transaction occurred on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your transaction will clear the bank after the weekend. When the transaction clears, the correct amount will appear on your online statement as a completed charge.
